Cheju Island Day 2

09JUN

It's day 2 of our visit to the Cheju Islands. We were very excited to see the Teddy bear Museum. We didn't think there would be such a thing in Korea but we were proved wrong. The Teddy Bear Museum was loads of fun to visit. This Museum is for people around the world who collect teddy bears and seek out old, unique, and valuable ones for their personal collections. We three girls decided to walk away with some cute teddy bears as souvenirs. We will never forget this place! It was fun and amazing!

Here's a picture of some teddy bears bowing to us as they welcomed us to the Teddy Bear Museum. We really felt we were in a world where teddy bears lived. It was awesome!

We enjoyed numerous performances from the teddy bear version of Elvis! He was just as good as the real one!

Is this Elvis one just for display? Or am I able to purchase those kinds of bears as well?

The Elvis one is for display. You can purchase other types of bears in the gift shop. Some bear bears are not available in the shop, like the Elvis one, but you can put a bid for it and see if the museum will let you buy it. Some bears can cost up to hundred of thousands of dollars.
